Dorothy T. Farnham, 96 of Ballston Spa and formally of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away at the Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY on Saturday, November 9, 2013. Born on September 11, 1917 in Montgomery, NY, she was the daughter to the late John H. Teller and Mary Bedell. Dorothy graduated from Montgomery High School and Conklings Secretarial School in Middletown, NY. On April 15, 1965 in Reno, Nevada she married Frank W. Farnham who predeceased her on April 6, 2010. Dorothy enjoyed music, cooking and dancing. Dorothy retired after 25 years as a Receptionist, PBX operator and Typist at The former Lumb Woodworking Company in Poughkeepsie, NY. Dorothy is survived by her son Stephen Farnham of Ballston Spa, sister Clara Farrand of Lisbon, NY; nephew Richard Farrand of Poughkeepsie; grand-daughter Sarah Farnham of Clifton Park; two step-daughters and four step-grandchildren.
