Anthony C. Thurston, 73, passed away at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Montrose, NY on June 1, 2018. He was born April 8, 1945 in Poughkeepsie, NY to the late Anthony C. Thurston and Rose L. Thompson. He was educated in Hudson, NY before serving his Country in the United States Marine Corps from 1967-1969.

He loved fishing and traveling. He always kept you laughing and was humble with a kind soul.

Anthony is survived by his sisters Lillian, Jean, Delores, Audrey and Yvonne; brothers Maynard, Joe and Gregory and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Calling hour will be 10-11am on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Beulah Baptist Church. 92 Catharine St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 with a funeral service beginning at 11am.
