Antoinette Marie Smith (Toni) 58 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on March 15, 2026, at home. She was born on March 9, 1968, in Hudson, NY to Willie Smith Sr. (predeceased) and Mattie D. Coleman. She attended Poughkeepsie City School District. From 2008 to 2019 she worked in the Mental Health Unit at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, 2020 to 2023 she worked at The Eleanor Nursing Care Center retiring as Certified Nursing Assistant from Arch Care at Ferncliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on December 26, 2024. She loved shopping and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed fashion, hair extensions, and loved her wigs! She was an avid party hoster, very attentive to details and loved do it yourself crafting. Besides her mother she is survivors include her children Taleta Ackert, Kenisha Sadovia, Anthony Allen, Shakor Smith, and Tatyana Smith; 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; siblings Willie Smith Jr., Helen Smith-Gordan, John L. Smith, Melissa Smith, Billy-Wayne Smith and Clancy Smith; 3 sons-in-law, and Bella Wella her fur baby. She was predeceased by a brother Ronald Smith and sister Geraldine Smith.
