Carolyn Ann Taylor 81, of Poughkeepsie NY passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on September 19, 2021.  Born in Poughkeepsie, NY on April 6, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Miriam Allen Van Duzen.  Carolyn's favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family.  She was an avid scrapbooker, crafter and enjoyed challenging puzzles.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Taylor, Sr. , who was the love of her life for 67 years.  She had four beautiful children, Carita Henry (Michael), Yvette Taylor, Frank Taylor Jr. (Annette) Paula Coppin (Anderson).  She is survived by her sisters, Charlene Lewis and Paula Sanbula.  She was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph, Robert, Lorton and Howard VanDuzen and her sister Shirley Simon.  She has a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren that she adored.

Although Carolyn enjoyed a very quiet life with her family, she enjoyed spending time with her special friends, Rachel Carroll, Eileen Pittman (deceased), Olivia Lewis-Taylor and Barbara-Ann Carrington.
