Clovis Osbourne Skeel Better known as Bamboo or rula, was born in Rock River Clarendon Jamaica on the 5th day of June 1954 to the late Adolphus and Emeline Skeel. He is survived by his Significant Other Verna Thomas, His 3 Children Andrea, Clifford, and Clovis 3 brothers Kenbothe Skeel, Robert skeel and George Blake 1 sister Winsome  1 grandchild Justin & nieces and nepheews and many other family and friends. Clovis migrated to the us as a farm worker In 1979 Where he was an agricultural laborer. He migrated to the us permanently in 1988 Where he worked as a machine operator for kemcard for 15 yrs.  He also worked as a Courier for Valley Courier for the last 17 yrs. Clovis was a Hardworking and generous man.  He was a person that would always be willing to help a friend in need.
