Dennis Harold Brown Sr., 78, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on October 5, 2020 at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center. He was born on April 4, 1942 in Poughkeepsie, NY to the late Harold Brown and Elizabeth Williams. Dennis joined the US Air Force from 1961-1962 receiving his GED and was honorable discharged. He worked for the City of Poughkeepsie as a Foreman and retired. Dennis enjoyed his family along with fishing.

He is survived by his  children; Pamela Tarver (James), Phillena Johnson, Ataya Brown, Kaleema Brown, Isa Brown, Tona Exum (Bert Jr.), grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings; Peachy Sprow, Roger Brown, Philly Brown, Jadi McHunzi, Ahmad Yasin, Mittie Simmons (Steve), Joseph Brown, and Rosalie McClinton and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Dennis was predeceased by sons, Dennis H Brown Jr. I and Dennis H. Brown Jr. II. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
