Diana L. Smith, 78 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on November 13, 2025 at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center in Poughkeepsie.  Born in Kingston, NY on April 12, 1947 she was the daughter of Louis Marshall and Mary Ulrich Marshall.  Diana loved to cook good food and dancing to old school music.  She loved to get her nails and hair done and looking good.  Diana is survived by her significant other Gerald Durham; children Lynn Owens of Highland, NY; Dorthea of Georgia; Darlene of Georgia and Linwood of Florida; her siblings (Butch) Lee Marshall, Duane Marshall Sr., Jackie Marshall, Geraldine Marshall, John Marshall, Walter Marshall, Rocky Marshall, Theodore Marshall, Melinda Marshall, Lester Marshall, Rose Gordon, Charlotte Marshall and Ronnie Marshall; grandchildren Anthony Marshall and Maurice McGee.  Besides her parents she was predeceased by her son Nathan Kinard, daughter Dorthea and brother Raymond Marshall.  There are no services planned at this time.    Arrangements have been entrusted to Joseph J.
