Doris Ann Williams, 81, a lifelong resident of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away February 28, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.  She was born in Morrisville, NY on October 14, 1934 to the late Frank and Mary Sullivan.  In November of 1962, Doris married Jack Williams. They were married 18 years before his passing in 1980.  She was a parishioner of St. Mary's Church in Poughkeepsie.

Doris is survived by her twin sister Marion Sherlock, and several nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her husband; Jack Williams, sisters; Pauline Drow and Anna Roe, and brothers; Joe Lisnowski, Mike Lisnowski and Peter Lisnowski.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 10am at St. Mary's Church in Poughkeepsie. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Dutchess County SPCA in Hyde Park, NY in memory of Doris.
