Dorothy Ann M. (Scism-Baker) Cole of Staatsburg, NY passed away on January 4, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Dorothy was born at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhine beck, NY on March 6, 1945 to the late Mildred Mabie and Walter Scism.

Dorothy is survived by sons; Christopher Baker and Paul "Skip" Baker Jr. and his wife Nancy, 2 sisters; Ethel Simmons of Hudson and Gladys Wolford of Florida, 2 step-children; Robert Cole Jr. of Poughkeepsie and Jennifer Owen of Poughkeepsie, grandchildren; Tiara R. Baker and Edward "Bucky" Faulkner and his wife Tara, Thomas Hausmann III, Cody Douglass, Tristen Leo, Caitlynn Leo, Joseph Cole, David Owen, a great granddaughter Clementine Faulkner.

Dorothy was predeceased by a daughter; Deborah Baker, sister; Anna Mae Ackert, brothers; Walter Scism, Clifford Scism, Michael Scism and George Scism, her husband; Robert Cole Sr. and former husband and longtime friend; Paul G. Baker Sr.

Visitation is Friday, January 8, 2015, 5-7PM at the Joseph J. Darrow Sr. Funeral Home Inc. 39 So Hamilton St Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 845-452-1840.
