Edward Martin, 95 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on Saturday January 1, 2022, at home, with his loving family by his side.  Born on June 16, 1926, in Buffalo, NY he was the son of the late Halina Martin.  On October 22, 1961, in Poughkeepsie, NY he married Dorothy Kessell, who survives at home.  Edward of the Catholic Faith and was a member of Our Lady of Victory in Buffalo, NY.  He was a member of the Moose Club in Poughkeepsie where he enjoyed dinner and dancing.  He was an avid hunter and enjoyed carpentry work.

Besides his wife Dorothy Martin, he is survived by his son Edward Martin, Jr., and daughter Justine Martin.  A graveside service will be held at 11am on Friday January 7, 2022, at St. Peters Cemetery, 171 Salt Point Turnpike Poughkeepsie, NY.
