Felicia Renee Dickens (AKA FOE) departed this life on August 15, 2015 at the age of 31. She was born October 11, 1983 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Lorraine Stokes and the late Moses Dickens Jr.  She attended Poughkeepsie Public School District. She was employed by First Student until she became disabled.

She was a dedicated lifelong member of Mt Olive F.B.H. Church; she loved singing in the choir, praise dancing and teaching vacation bible school. She will be missed with her laughter and beautiful smile. She was fond of 2 special people; Essence & Khalil, her best friends; Dorcas, Jessica, Calvin, Ashley, and a 2 ^nd mom Leatrice Swain. Above all she loved the lord and her children. Her children were her world and her motto was "Don't judge me cause God is yet working with me."

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted mother; Lorraine Stokes, 3 children; Kyazia West, Brazil Harris, and Is'real Whitted, stepdad; Joseph Stokes (NYC), her sisters; Latonya, Carlisa, Alfreda, Carla (Michael), Kristen, Karesha (Sunny), Setaki (Kenneth), Molayja, and Monique, her brothers; Shonte, Jamar, Moses III (Roxanne), Toriko, and Jermaine. A host of great aunts, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was predeceased by her father; Moses Dickens Jr., grandparents; Moses and Carrie Dickens Sr.,Minister Eddie and Effie Sparrow, Owen and Ella Stevens, her special loving cousins; Abdelle St-Ange and Tony Simons Jr.

Viewing  is Thursday, August 27, 2015, 10-11AM, a funeral service immediately following with Pastor Patterson officiating at the Bethel Church of God in Christ 91 Hooker Ave Poughkeepsie, NY  12601. Burial in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery 342 South Ave Poughkeepsie, NY.
