Howard “Freddie” Hill Jr., 64, passed away on April 22, 2026, at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center. He was born on March 23, 1962, in Poughkeepsie, NY to Howard Hill Sr, and Sarah K. McClinton. Freddie attended the Poughkeepsie City School District, was of the Christian faith and was an assembler at the Workforce in Poughkeepsie. He enjoyed fishing, basketball, swimming, going on long walks and loved nature. He was very sociable and loved spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed parties and all types of food. He is survived by his mother; Sarah K. McClinton, a cousin; Tondju McClinton and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Freddie was predeceased by his father; Howard Hill Sr. sisters; Hollace Williams and Kathy Hill, and a brother Howard Hill.
