Mrs. Irene Jackson of Poughkeepsie was called home on Thursday July 21, 2022. A lifelong resident, Irene was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on June 15, 1932, to the late Edward and Frances (Gatewood) Twyman.   Irene married Willie Charles Jackson, Sr. who predeceased her in 1981.  Mrs. Jackson is survived by her sons, Scott and David Jackson, granddaughter Kiara Jackson, and a host of nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Jackson was predeceased by her sisters; Mary Farrell, Martha Twyman, Frances Twyman Daniels, Margaret Twyman Freeman and her brothers; Harold Gatewood and Frederick Twyman and Theodore Twyman
