Irving Leroy Richardson, 79, of Poughkeepsie, NY and previously of Pleasant Valley passed away on January 7, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Irving was born on September 7, 1936 in Poughkeepsie, NY to the late William H. Richardson and Amanda Yarbough.

Irving married Rose Marie Richardson on August 1961 in Wappingers Falls, NY which resulted in 44 years of marriage until her passing on February 4, 2006. He served in the United States Army receiving an honorable discharge. Irving worked for Delano Brothers Paving in Wappingers Falls, NY and was an avid hunter.

He is survived by his daughter; Tina Record (Anthony), a son; Christopher Richardson, grandchildren; Devon Williams, Jaden, Elijah, Saige, Jakob, and Stasia Richardson, a great granddaughter; Adalyn Claire Rose, a brother; Sherman Richardson, a sister; Catherine Gordon, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, wife Rose Marie, brothers; John Henry, Robert, and William Richardson, a sister; Mildred Hansen.
