Jerry Lee Duncan, 80 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away at the Thompson House in Rhinebeck, NY on December 4, 2020.  Born on June 26, 1940 he was the son of the late Thomas and Alberta Duncan (Hall).  Jerry served in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1969.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.  He is survived by his sister, Nancy Twyman; his daughters Debrah (Balaam) Duncan and Yolanda Cossentino; his grandchildren Quashaun, and Iesha of Pennsylvania and a host of nieces and nephews from the Poughkeepsie area.  There will be no services.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Joseph J.
