Joseph Spivey, 55 of Saugerties, NY passed away on July 15, 2021, at Kingston Hospital.  Born on July 27, 1965, in Tarrytown, NY he was the son of the late Manuel Santos, Jr. and Judith Jacobson.  He was employed by Ferh Brothers in Saugerties, NY.  Survivors include his daughter Sierra Spivey and son River Spivey, sisters; Shari, Bernadette and Joann and he was predeceased by his brother Anthony.  Services are private and at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Joseph J.
