Kathleen Regina Bushy passed away at the Pines Nursing Home on Oct 9, 2022.  She was born in Poughkeepsie NY but lived in Wilmington NY for 40 years where she raised her children and worked at ODRA retiring as Head of Finance. She will be survived by her brother Tom (Sharon) McNamara from Hyde Park NY, sister Eleanor (Frank) Gohl of Hyde Park NY, daughters Jennifer Haywood of Ballston Spa NY, Carrie Bushy of Orlando FL and Stephanie Davis. She dedicated her life to her 4 grandsons: Garrett Murray of Greenwich NY, Brenden Parillo of Buffalo NY, Brody Parillo of Saratoga Springs, and Camden Haywood of Ballston Spa NY along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She loved to travel some of her more memorial trips were to Ireland, California and Bermuda.  She loved spending time with her grandsons, Gardening, watching old movies, Crocheting and spending time outside.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday October 22, 2022 from 11am to 1pm at the Joseph J. Darrow Sr. Funeral Home, Inc. 39 So. Hamilton Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. (845)452-1840  and will also take place in Wilmington NY on  Sunday 10/23 more details to follow.
