Kevin J. Roger Age, 68 of the Town of Poughkeepsie passed away suddenly on September 10, 2026, at Vassar Brothers Hospital Poughkeepsie, New York. Kevin was born on February 2, 1958, to his father David Roger and his mother Amelia Ross. All of Kevin's life he remained employed as a mechanic of not just automobiles but anything he was able to touch he was basically able to fix. Kevin had a love for animals, especially cats and fishing, which he loved doing as well as spending time with his family. Kevin is survived by his longtime girlfriend and companion Cristy Moffatt; Mother Amelia Ross, daughter Cora Morton (George Morton), Sarah Vargas (AJ), Reese Moffatt, Dan Moffatt and friend Mckinley Frazier Jr; his grandchildren Andreya Lara Pastrana (Raiden) Greenville, VA and Jaden Morton West Nyack, NY. Siblings; Amelia El Manahkly (Ahmed), Nancy Doyle (Walter), Tim Roger (Pam), as well as many nieces and nephews. Kevin was pre-deceased by his daughter Jessica Roger, father David Roger, brother David Roger Jr. Kevin will be deeply missed and will continue to be loved and known by his daughter Cora as her hero. Burial/Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family.
