Linda J. Decker, 66, a resident of Dover Plains, NY passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Linda was born on October 13, 1948 in Rhinebeck. NY. She was the daughter of the late Leonard and Ruth (Cronk) Bowman. She attended Poughkeepsie City Schools.  Linda worked at the Dutchess County Infirmary in Millbrook, NY for over 20 years as a CNA, Lutheran Care Center, and Dutchess Center for Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Pawling, NY for 10 plus years until October 2010.

Linda loved her flower gardening and birds of all kinds. She loved her family unconditionally, mostly enjoyed the fun times, and constant love and respect showed from her grandson Sean and his family.

She is survived by her children; Linda (Paul) Vaillancourt, Sharon Decker, Rebecca Decker, and Michael Decker Jr., 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, a sister; Christine Hudson, and a niece, Kimberly Canino. Linda was predeceased by her loving husband of many years, Michael (Butch) Decker Sr.
