Lorraine G. Raffa, 70 of Highland, NY passed away on May 31, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie NY, with her loving family by her side.  Born on November 8, 1947 in Poughkeepsie, NY she was the daughter of the late Earl Thitchener and Eileen Bacon.  Lorraine was a bus attendant with the Highland School District, a past member of the Clintondale Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, enjoyed camping and was an avid Mets fan.

On January 6, 1968 at St. Mary's Church in Poughkeepsie NY she married Richard Raffa, who survives at home.  Other Survivors include her children; Robin Lynk (Tim) of Highland, Chris Raffa(Mary) of Clintondale, Richard Raffa (Jeness) of New Paltz and Todd Raffa (Stephanie) of Highland,  a sister; Connie Empert, and a brother; Conrad Thitchener,  grandchildren; Timothy (Samatha), Carrie (Kurt), ReAnna (Chris), Racheal, Christina, Michaela, Hunter, Nickolas, Matthew, Isabella, Blake and Jessica, a sister in laws; Joan Thitchener, Judy Harris (David) and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brothers; Earl and Jerry Thitchener, a sister; Earline Ostrander and a great granddaughter; Kora Rose.
