Lynne A. Stark, 68, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on January 21, 2016 peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on May 15, 1947 in Bronx, NY to the late Henry and Edith (Peggy) Semp. Lynne graduated from Roy C. Ketcham High School and Hudson River State Hospital as a Registered Nurse pursuing a career at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital. She enjoyed camping, swimming, volunteering, reading, bible study and spending time with her family and friends.

Lynne is survived by her sons; Daniel M. Stark Jr., John Stark and his wife Kim, Jim Stark and his wife Rose, 7 grandchildren, a brother; Bob Semp and his wife Patti, a sister; Elena McCullom and her husband Doug, brother in laws; David Stark and his wife Courtnea and Thomas Schaper, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband; Daniel M. Stark, a sister in law; Linda Schaper, and a nephew; Steven Stark.  Lynne was a long standing member of the New Hackensack Reformed Church.
