Madeline M. Robinson, 77, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on October 9, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was born on August 8, 1939 in Bud, West Virginia to the late John Banks and Medina B. Head. She worked 32 years for the Dept of Transportation in Poughkeepsie, NY and was a watercolor artist.

Survivors include a dear friend; Paul Elfienpen, her biological children; Robert E. Robinson, Freddrick L. Robinson, Shamel J. Whitted, and Diamond Robinson-Popo , children she raised as her own; Arsenior Thompson , Clarissa Banks Whitaker, and Ray Banks, siblings; Ray Banks (Kathy), Thurman Banks (Marilyn), John Banks Jr., Sherman Head (Cindy), Nina Head, Elizabeth Head, Dorothy Lane, and Dorothea Head, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Madeline was predeceased by a daughter; Cora D. Robinson, granddaughter; Kyley M. Pender, and a brother; Robert D. Banks.
