Margaret Neal was born on November 2, 1959 in Poughkeepsie, NY.  She is known to her family and friends as "Monty", a nickname given to her by her older brother David.  Margaret graduated from Poughkeepsie High School and then went on to Krissler Business School.  Margaret moved to NYC to pursue a career in fashion design.  Margaret was blessed and traveled to Paris, France with her friends.  She even enjoyed modeling with her sister Dee Dee and brother James.  Margaret was a fashionista and loved shopping on QVC.  She always had a big smile on her face that would brightens anyone's day.  Margaret was not big on conversation and kept a positive attitude about life.  She carried a peaceful energy and was stronger than even she realized.  Monty, we all love you so much and will deeply miss your beautiful spirit and calming voice.  We will treasure our memories and celebrate your life.  Sleep in Peace Monty.  She is survived by her mother Vera Mae Neal, her sister Annie Neal of Poughkeepsie, Ruben Neal (Christine) of Poughkeepsie, Curtis Lee Neal of Poughkeepsie, David Joe Neal (Julie) of Snelleville Ga., Mildred Neal of Charlotte NC., Dolores Neal of Glen Burnie MD., Willie Gus Neal (Tammy) of Kingston, NY., James Neal (Terry) of Hyde Park, NY., Albert Neal of Union, NJ., and Marvin Neal of Charlotte, NC.  A host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her father Ruben Neal Sr. and her older sister Vera Ann Neal. Visitation is Friday, January 15,2021 10-11AM with a funeral service at 11AM at the Joseph J.
