Mary B. Meisner, 78, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away at the Pines of Poughkeepsie Nursing Home on April 19, 2016. She was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on November 9, 1937 to the late Harry Beatty and Helena Marden. Mary worked as a dispatcher at Hammond Security in Poughkeepsie for over 20 years and was of the Episcopalian faith. She loved to bake, cook, read books, crossword puzzle books, baseball, wrestling, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by 4 children; Michael, Donna, Mary, Mark (LeeAnn), and a sister-in-law, Darlene, 6 grandchildren; Mikie (Maren), Michael Robert, (Angelica), Chris, Shawn (April), Heather (Jose), and Tonia, 6 great grandchildren; Justina, Kaiden, Anysia, Erykah, Aqualina, Macarios, and several nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her son; Dwayne and 2 brothers; Charlie and Harry Beatty.

Visitation is Friday, April 22, 2016 6-9PM at the Joseph J. Darrow Sr. Funeral Home, Inc., 39 South Hamilton Street, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601. 845-452-1840.
