May E. Juckett, 86 of Saugerties, NY passed away on September 27, 2015 at Ten Broeck Commons in Lake Katrine. She was born on May 19, 1929 in Toronto Ontario, Canada to the late William Wright Sr. and Mable Wright Shell.  May graduated from Toronto High School and completed 2 years of Nursing at Toronto University.  She Married Robert Juckett Sr. in Huntsville Ontario in 1957.  They were married for 51 years.  She became an American Citizen in 1969, working at HRPC in the kitchen and City of Poughkeepsie School District in the Kitchens until her retirement.  She was a member for over 60 years in the Salvation Army working with Kettles, League of Mercy and WCTU. She was a Volunteer in Nursing Homes and helping Ms. Earline Patrice.

Survivors include her 6 children; Bonnie Mima (Dale), Faith Juckett both of Poughkeepsie, NY; William Juckett of Hyde Park, NY; Heaven Beverly Medford (Steven) of Texas; Robert Juckett Jr. of Texas and Catherine Tozzi (Angelo) of Saugerties, NY.  16 grand children; 31 great grand children; a brother David Wright of Toronto Canada and many nieces and nephews.

May was predeceased by her husband, Robert Juckett Sr. siblings; Rena Glenat, William Wright Jr.; Ada Margaret Attard; Alice B. Wright and Dorothy Wright.
