Najah Jeanette Fowler Abbott, also known as "Precious" and "Slick" 24 years young went home to our lord, February 14, 2016. Najah was born to Kimberly Daneen Abbott, November 7, 1991 in New London, CT. Najah attended Spackenkill schools, graduated from Franklin Delano Roosevelt High school and attended Dutchess Community College until she became ill.

Kimberly Abbott, her mother, leaves to mourn her also grandfather Andrew Abbott, and Aunt Andrea Abbott; a special friend; Kimisha Walters of Florida, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her loving grandmother; Cornelia Johnson Abbott (Connie).

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 10am to 11am at Smith Metropolitan AME Zion Church 124 Smith St. Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.  Funeral Service will begin at 11am with Rev. Dr. H. Dwight Bolton officiating.   Cremation to follow at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lupus Foundation of America.
