Patricia Fernandez,56, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on October 15,2024 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was born on March 4, 1968 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Albert Conners and Rose Shaw. She received her high school diploma, loved to thrift shop, color, and spend time with her grand kids and family.

Patricia married on June 17, 2018 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Esteban Fernandez. Survivors include her children; Diamond Mima, Derick Mima and Destinee Mima siblings; Tamatha, Barbara and Albert Jr. grandchildren; Olivia Mima, Christopher Green Jr., Carter Green, Kehlani Thomas, Natalia Mima, Rosa'Lee Mima, Damari Mima, and Dakari Ross, and her cat Mittens.
