Priscilla J. Richards, 86, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away May 26, 2018 at ArchCare at Ferncliff Nursing Home, Rhinebeck, NY. She was born October 15, 1931 in Yonkers, NY to the late Harry Hallock Sr. and Ernestine Berger. She was a school teacher in Freeport, Long Island from the early 1950's to 1963, then at Dover Free School from 1971 to 1990.

Priscilla is survived by her son Ian Richards of Poughkeepsie, NY, brother Roger Hallock of NC, and several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her brother Harry Hallock Jr. and her sister Elaine Dapp.
