Randy S. Jones Sr., 51, of Poughkeepsie NY entered into eternal rest on June 14, 2017 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was born on June 25, 1965 to Jerry Jones and the late Christina Abbott, both of Poughkeepsie. He owned his own company,  Real Solutions to Real Estate for several years. He also worked as a handy man for various venues. He had an unforgettable laugh and loud distinct voice. He enjoyed watching the history channel and alien shows and joke often with his grandchildren about being from another planet. He called his grandchildren little Indians and took much joy in being an active part of their lives. He loved music and spending time with his family. He loved to dress and took pride in his appearance. He would help anyone in need, even if he wasn't in the position to do so. He has a kind heart and will be missed by many. His heart and spirit will live on.

He leaves to mourn his children; Leniece C Jones of Poughkeepsie and Randy Jones Jr.  of Troy, NY,  grandchildren; Christian A Brown and Xavier M Brown, both of Poughkeepsie,  grandmother Marie Jackson of Poughkeepsie,  father Jerry Jones of Poughkeepsie, aunts; Sonya McLaurin and Kayo of Poughkeepsie,  siblings; Jerrod Jones and Shari Jones of Poughkeepsie, cousins; Lisa Gill-Dodds, Michael Dodds, Tony Gill, Michael Gill, Jaqueline Gill, all of Poughkeepsie NY, and a host of family and friends.
