Raymond Louis Wynter 54, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away at home on October 15, 2021.  He was born on December 6, 1966, in Brooklyn, NY.  He graduated from PS306 in Brooklyn, NY, went on to a gifted School in Spring Creek, Brooklyn and graduated from Transit Technology School.  He was employed as a Carpenter and Electrician, building houses from Brooklyn to Poughkeepsie.  He enjoyed fixing things; he was known as a "True Handyman". He enjoyed fishing, cooking laughing and dancing.  He was the "life of the Party".

Survivors include his son Adrian Marcel English Wynter, sister; Arlee-Nicole Smalls, nephews Khajuan Jaeel Mattocks and Kameron Davaughn Bush.  He was predeceased by his mother Nilsa Anna Wynter-Moore and brother Leonard "Lenny" Wynter.
