Ricky Jo Mahoney, 48 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on Monday July 27, 2015 at home.  Born on April 6, 1967, he was the son of George Mahoney of Charlotte, Tenn and Linda and step father Richard Cleveland of Tenn.  He attended school in Dover Plains, NY.  Ricky was a self employed Mechanic in Poughkeepsie for 20 years.

On August 6, 2000 in Pleasant Valley NY, he married Teisha M. Mahoney.

Besides his parents and step father survivors include his wife of 14 years Teisha Mahoney, his children Ariell Edwards of Poughkeepsie, Jacob Edwards, Christopher Edwards and Alexander Mahoney of Poughkeepsie; his brothers Dwayne Robbins of Wappinger's Falls, NY; George Mahoney Jr. of Dover Plains, NY; Brian Mahoney of Charlotte Tenn. and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Ricky was pre-deceased by his brother (John) Wayne Mahoney.
