Sandra Lee Coleman, 69 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday October 12, 2021.  Born to the late Dorothy and Sanford Frazier on November 1, 1951, in Rochester, New York.  Raised in Poughkeepsie, NY, she graduated from Poughkeepsie High School and Dutchess Community College.  After 40 Years of service, she retired from the former Hudson River Psychiatric Center.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories sisters; Mari Lowry (Frazier) and Elizabeth Wright (Frazier), grandsons; Terrike Coleman Jr. (Taquana Petteway), Ta'syiah Coleman, Terryiah Colman, Jonathan Johnson, Ta'Quan Coleman, Lateek Anderson, Shyronn Brown, Ashylaun Coleman Jr., and Daquan Coleman; granddaughter Gitterah Coleman of Georgia, godson Joseph Moore and her best friend Katie Briggs of Millbrook along with several nieces and Nephews.  Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband John Coleman, sons: Terrike Coleman Sr. and Ashylaun Sr., brother Thomas Frazier of New Mexico and sisters Sherelyn Nabritt (Frazier), Sharon Frazier, and Patricia Maccahia (Frazier).
