Shawne Eato Roberson, 49, of Poughkeepsie and previously of Ellenville, passed away on July 7, 2015 at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center. She was born in NYC on March 9, 1966 to the late Wayne and Brenda Eato.  Shawne was a homemaker, of the Christian faith, loved people, enjoyed cooking, and adored her pets. On July 13, 2001 in Poughkeepsie, NY she married her soul mate Taverick "Tank" Roberson.

Shawne is survived by her husband , a sister; Dana Eato of NJ, a brother; Joel Saunders of Harlem, NY, many nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends, and especially her Rottweiler, "Mustafa" and her pit-bull, "Taffy."

Visitation is Wednesday, July 15, 2015, 10-11AM at the Bethel Church of God in Christ 91 Hooker Ave. A funeral service will follow at 11AM and burial in Wappinger's Rural Cemetery.
