Stanley R. Roger, Jr. of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on January 28, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was born July 14, 1955 in Poughkeepsie to Stanley Roger Sr. and the late Jean Roger.

He worked at Reliable Sanitation Garbage Co., and retired from the Dog Food Co. of Poughkeepsie. Stanley played drums for the Vagabonds in Poughkeepsie, enjoyed watching car racing on TV and fishing with his son; Anthony.

He is survived by his wife; Judy Roger, son; Anthony Roger, daughter; Kim Pavlik (Christopher) and step daughter; Tricia Lynk, sisters; Reana Roger and Dorothy Rougier, brothers; Barron and Thomas Roger and grandchildren; Brandon, Breanna, Kimberly, and Christopher Marra, Koby Brown, Isabella, Giuliana, and Alessandra Roger, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his mother; Jean Roger and a brother; William Roger.
