Stella D. Shook, 77 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on Sunday August 4, 2024, at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie.  Born on May 1, 1947, in Poughkeepsie, NY, she was the daughter of the late George H. Johnson and Alice May Swartz Johnson.  Stella had a love for Bingo and enjoyed spending time with her senior group. She loved grilling food whenever she could.  Stella leaves to cherish her memories children; Kelly Johnson of Beacon, NY; Bonnie Johnson (Cory Marone) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Robin Cuevas (Ignacio) of Millbrook, NY; her grandchildren, Sherman Haight III, Shawn Haight, Richard Haight, Corrado Marone II, Matthew Haight and Tyler Haight; great grandchildren Jackson James Haight and Hayley Jane Haight.  She also had a special bond with her niece Susan Contreras.
