Tercero Stafford, 62, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on Sept. 16, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was born on June 5, 1954 in Poughkeepsie to the late Roosevelt Stafford and Mary Alice McClinton.  He attended Poughkeepsie City Schools and worked various jobs in Poughkeepsie.

He is survived by aunts; Sarah Hill, Annie Birks, and Marie Thompson all of Poughkeepsie, 2 nephews; Deomi and Yasin Stafford, and a host of cousins and friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by grandparents; Henry and Mary Ann McClinton, brothers; Helju and Eldred Stafford and Deans McClinton.
