Tina Hobson, aka "Dorothy Douglas", 80, of Poughkeepsie and previously of Hyde Park passed away on April 30, 2015 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was born on July 26, 1934 in Highland Falls, NY to the late Henry Hartwell Goldsby and Eleanor Goldsby. Tina graduated from Newburgh Free Academy high school in 1953 and was employed at Hospital for Special Surgery in NY, NY for 47 years. Tina married Charles Howard Douglas in 1954. She was also a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church.  Tina enjoyed the outdoors, spending time with family and was an avid reader.

Survivors include her children; Brian, Craig, Gary Todd, Valerie Lynn Douglas, Beverly Clark, 16 grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Charles, and a son Duran in 2003.
