Veronica M. Wood, 65 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on Tuesday October 6, 2015 at Quaker Hill Manor, Hyde Park, NY.  Veronica was born on March 9, 1950 in Poughkeepsie, NY to the late Raymond Edward Wood and Mary Magdelene Hill.  Veronica loved gardening and fishing.

Survivors include her children; Johnetta Wood of PA; Deidre Wood of Kingston, NY and Rajab Neal of Poughkeepsie, NY; her siblings; Jean Lee, Dorothy Caswell of Poughkeepsie, Alonzo Wood of Hyde Park, NY; Horace Wood of CA; Linda Wood of Las Vegas; Carlton Wood of Milton, NY; Deborah Wood and Sylvia Wood of Schenectady, NY; Aver Wood, Arisha Phillip and Alexis Graves of Poughkeepsie, NY; Step Mother Delores Wood

5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her siblings; Mary Magdelene Wood; Raymond Edward Wood Sr., Raymond Edward Wood Jr., Vincent Wood, Bernice Roberts and Jewel Wood.
